2D bags use a flat, pillow-style geometry that is easy to handle at small and medium volumes. 3D bags expand into a cubic or rectangular form inside a reusable support container, improving space use and handling as batch size increases. Both formats can be supplied as simple containers or as complete, gamma-ready assemblies with fluid lines and end connections already installed.

Film platform and assembly design

Multilayer protection for fluid contact, gas barrier and handling.

Available multilayer films use a polyethylene fluid-contact surface, an ethylene-vinyl-alcohol gas-barrier layer and a durable polyolefin exterior. Two film constructions are available at approximately 305–310 µm total thickness, allowing selection for process compatibility, clarity and handling requirements.
