Scale from membrane screening to production processing.

The membrane-filtration portfolio is sourced from selected Chinese manufacturing partners and supports laboratory evaluation, pilot processing and production-scale filtration. Multiple media, pore-size combinations, filtration areas and connection options allow each filter to be configured around the fluid, batch volume, equipment interface and filtration objective.

Disc-format filters reduce sample and product consumption during initial membrane evaluation, filter sizing and development work.

Membrane and pore-size selection

Match retention structure to fluid characteristics and process duty.

PES, PVDF, MCE and nylon media are available in single-layer and graded multilayer configurations. The appropriate medium and filter size should be selected through compatibility and capacity testing with representative process fluid.
